Tuesday's Reminders!

15 MINUTES OF LOVING MOVEMENT
This reminder is going to stay up. Our habit for May was to love ourselves by moving for 15 minutes each day. Let's chart our new habit on our calendars and with our Body Clutter Investigators.

Don't get stuck in perfectionism! Get up and move!

DRINK YOUR WATER
Our new habit for June was to drink our water each day. Set aside a pitcher or bottles of water each day. Set your timer to remind you to drink to your health.

Keep up with your water intake so you can see how it affects your Body Clutter.

Go download your Body Clutter Investigator to help you tally your water.

CONTINUE TO SWISH AND SWIPE
A little swish of the toilet and a swipe of the counter and the sink will keep your bathroom company ready all the time. It only takes a minute. Practice this habit and find yourself loving your bathroom.
LAUNDRY HABIT: A LOAD A DAY!
A LOAD A DAY KEEPS CHAOS AWAY!

When we let things pile up our stess gets worse. Our laundry can be one of the biggest piles of stress on us. When we don't do our laundry; it is harder for us to get dressed each morning. Tempers start to flair while everyone is in a mad rush to get dressed and off to school.

If we have our laundry habit in place much of this stress disappears.

Our habit for August was getting a handle on our laundry and establishing a habit of doing one load of laundry every single day. Keep the habit going!

REMINDER: WHATS FOR DINNER?
Do you know what you are preparing for dinner tonight? Even if you can't pull something out of the freezer right now; you can begin thinking about it. If you need some help. Check out one of Leanne's Sample Menu Mailers.

I can help you get your kitchen clean and she helps you put dinner on the table.

REMINDER: WHERE IS YOUR LAUNDRY?
Is it hiding in the washer getting smelly?

Cold and wrinkled in the dryer?

Are you living out of a laundry basket?

Go Re-boot your laundry. It has 5 steps: Sort, wash, dry, fold and put away.

Don't leave out a single babystep!

If you will stay on top of this, it will not take over your home.

You may have too many clothes! Reduce your clothing and have fewer laundry pile ups.

Do you have a FlyLady Clingie to remind you that your laundry is waiting for you?

REMINDER: WHERE ARE YOUR SHOES?
Did you ever put them on this morning?

Have you kicked them off someplace in the house?

Lace up your shoes! If they are tied to your feet; you won't lose them! Shoes energize your body!

Prove me wrong! Wear your shoes for one week watch your routines fall into place! They are your dancing shoes! Dance through your day!

GETTING READY FOR TOMORROW; TONIGHT
Dear Friends,

This is the most important routine of your whole day. It helps your morning start of a less stressed foot.

1. Lay out your clothes for tomorrow
2. Take a few minutes for yourself
3. Check your Calendar for Tomorrow's Events
4. Spend 2 minutes clearing off your Hot Spots
5. Shine your sink
6. Wash your face, moisturize, brush your teeth and floss
7. Go to bed at a decent hour

Tomorrow is Wednesday; Plan your menus for next week and clean out your refrigerator. It is Anti-Procrastination Day too!

REMINDER: GO SHINE YOUR SINK!
Are you going to bed with a kitchen full of dinner dishes?

I want you to get up in the morning to a clean kitchen. You can't do that if you have not cleaned up your kitchen.

Now get in there and get this done, before you go to bed.

I WANT YOU TO SMILE IN THE MORNING!

REMINDER: PLEASE GO TO BED: YOUR BODY NEEDS SLEEP!
It's getting late on the east coast of the USA. I really want you to go to bed. Getting up is much easier when you get plenty of sleep.

Getting enough sleep is the key to many of our health issues. Please don't deprive your body of the rest you need. When I started getting restful sleep; my body clutter started going away.

The rest of you better be thinking about getting your body under those sheets shortly.

Consider yourself tucked in!
